3. How/When do I get paid?
You get paid by the listing site you choose. Unlike other sites, YOU handle YOUR money. Once the money is deposited into your account then and only then will we charge you for your services.
4. What sites do you list my property on?
We will create and manage your listing on AirBnB, VRBO, HomeAway, and so on.
5. What does Rest Easy offer?
We handle your property so you can take care of your money. We create and manage all listings on major websites and we also handle all guest relations.
6. How can I be sure my property is taken care of?
You can REST EASY knowing your property is being well taken care of because we stand behind every booking. We assure you that we follow procedure and screen every potential guest and always deal face-to-face to handle key exchange.
We also have an in-house cleaning service that will make sure everything is exactly as you left it
7. What if the guest(s) damage my property?
Guests are required to pay forth a damage deposit. So you can be sure that if a guest were to damage your house the damage deposit goes straight into your hand to handle all costs that arise
